I wonder if it has something to do with the SP3, I installed it before the drivers. See our Sustainability Report. It did all the aforementioned but it didn’t work.

Please don’t post your serial number. It looks devicf KHU and can be found on the back sticker. I confirmed this with ThinkVantage System Update as well. This worked for my T Windows 10 64bit I just installed windows 7 64 and have the same problem so hopefully someone has an answer.
This appears to have worked for one user, but also didn’t work for another user who had slightly different W hardware. If you go to Windows Device Manager, there should probably be some “other device” with a yellow exclamation mark on it that represents the hardware device which currently is missing its appropriate driver.
